Designed a proposal for an Ohio Independent Citizen Controlled Redistricting Commission.

Participated in a coalition of private public interest groups, including Oklahoma’s League of Women Voters, and designed a petition and supporting documents for a ballot initiative establishing an Independent Citizen Controlled Redistricting Commission.

Designed Model Goals and Standards for Fair, Impartial, Non-gerrymandered Congressional and State Legislative Election Districts

Taught with Rutgers University's Eagleton Institute of Politics and developed the curriculum for an undergraduate course on the right to vote, redistricting, gerrymandering, and election district mapmaking

Planned with Eagleton Institute of Politics a program dealing with the 2020 Census and Voting by Mail.

Taught with Eagleton Institute of Politics and developed a curriculum for a graduate and undergraduate course on nationwide redistricting requirements and the elimination of gerrymandering. The class, entitled Gerrymandering vs. Democracy as its final project remapped New Jersey’s 40 legislative election districts.
