Trustee Oliver Quinn is Senior Counselor at the Newark Office of Taft Communications and Chair of Rutgers University – Newark’s Advisory Board.  He has been a civil rights enforcement attorney with the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare; Deputy Solicitor of the U.S. Dept. of Labor; and Deputy Commissioner, New Jersey Dept. of Labor.  He served as an Administrative Law Judge and Assistant Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee.  He has also been an Assistant Dean at the Rutgers Law School-Newark; Chief Regulatory Compliance Officer at Prudential Health Care, Inc.; and Corporate Vice President and Chief Business Ethics Officer of Prudential Financial.
